Sessions 1 & 2

Everyone in your team speaks, but not everyone is heard.  Learn the 5 Leadership Voices that make up your team and your constituents. Use the 5 Voices to recruit a well rounded team, to take your current team to the next level, and to better represent and effectively communicate to constituents and stakeholders. 

Re:tention

Sessions 3 & 4

Step beyond your Leadership Voices to learn how to liberate those around you by fighting for their highest good.  Develop tools for challenging teammates to create greater results while also providing appropriate support to maintain momentum and prevent burnout.  In addition, learn about managing difficult communication, what leaders need in order to grow, and how to use new tools to work well as a team in a hybrid work environment.
